NCC has divested a logistics development in Brunna, outside of Stockholm, to a fund managed by M&G Real Estate for SEK 190 million.

NCC avyttrar logistikprojektet Lyckobrunnen i Brunna, i Upplands-Bro, till kapitalförvaltaren M&G Real Estate. Affären uppgår till totalt 190 miljoner kronor.

M&G, through its long lease fund M&G European Secured Property Income Fund, has acquired a elderly care development in Swedish town Motala.

Malmö stad godkänner en markreservation till MG Real Estate för 50 000 kvadratmeter tomtyta i Malmö Industrial Park, Norra hamnen.

M&G on behalf of its European Property Fund has acquired the property at Alvar Aallon katu 3 in Helsinki from Finnish pension giant Ilmarinen. The property, located in the heart of the Finnish capital, adjacent to the city’s central train station, is a 11,845 sq.m. office building.

Newsec, on behalf of M&G, has signed a five-year lease agreement with Nobia AB for a 1,100 sq.m. office space in Klara Strand, Stockholm. The new tenant will move its headquarters to the property on July 1st, 2019.
