Stendörren’s largest owner sells shares far below bid price

Kvalitena, the largest owner of Stendörren, has on December 3rd, sold 380,750 B-shares in the logistics company. A large part of the shares, 277,200 shares, were sold to Kvalitena’s CEO and the chairman of the board of Stendörren, Knut Pousette.

According to the Swedish PDMR registry, the shares were sold for 67.5 SEK per share, which is far below the EQT Real Estate takeover bid which values Stendörren at 100.25 SEK per share. Both Kvalitena and Knut Pousette have committed to accepting the bid.
