Heimstaden has acquired a portfolio of residential properties in Copenhagen and Fredriksberg for DKK 365 million. The properties were sold by pension fund PBU and the portfolio comprises 13,165 sq.m.
It was Heimstaden’s second transaction of a notable size in Copenhagen in the past few weeks. In the final days of 2018, the company acquired DKK 1.65 billion portfolio from Thylander Gruppen.
Colliers was the sell-side adviser in the transaction.
”In terms of location and qualities, the properties are truly exceptional, which has helped to speed up the sales process. From an investment perspective, we still see that the demand for old-stock residential rental properties greatly outstrips supply”, says Kristian Axel Nielsen of the Colliers Capital Markets Team, in a press relsease.
