The properties in question, care homes and a business area, have a total LFA of 11,700 sq.m. and have belonged to Nordea Liv since 1999.

“The sale gives us scope for new purchases in an exciting real estate market. We use a good market to gain a profit from this sale”, says the Investment Director for property in Nordea Liv, Nils Arne Gundersen in a comment.

Håkon Styrvold, Head of Capital Markets at Newsec in Norway says that it is a historic deal in the sense that UBS now make a re-entry on the Norwegian market.
