Trevian fund buys two properties in Finland

Finnish special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I has made two acquisitions in the past week. The first of the two is a retail property located in Riihimäki, north of Helsinki, and the second one in Helsinki.


Finnish special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I has made two acquisitions in the past week. The first of the two is a retail property located in Riihimäki, north of Helsinki. The property has a leasable floor area of 7,837 sq.m. and among the tenants are discount chain Hong Kong and consumer electronics chain Power Finland.

The other property is located in the Herttoniemi industrial area in Helsinki. The LFA is 2,453 sq.m. and the property is a single-tenant property leased to film equipment and studio rental company Angel Films.

According to a press release from Trevian, the Riihimäki property was sold by Tapiola KR III and the Helsini one by VW Capital Oy.
