SBB buys from M2 for 1.3 billion SEK

SBB Norden and M2 Asset Management, owned by Rutger Arnhult have reached an agreement that SBB will acquire a portfolio of 50 residential properties, containing 1,363 flats, on different locations in Sweden for 1.3 billion SEK.
According to the terms of the agreement, a contract shall be signed no later than January 18th, 2019 and the transaction should be closed roughly two months later, on March 29th
The properties are located in Södertälje, Sigtuna, Tierp, Tranås, Vaggeryd, Söderhamn and Nässjö.
Furthermore, SBB has issued 8.9 million new D-shares. The vast majority of the shares 7.3 million has been sold to M2 and the rest to Klövern. The transaction provides SBB with 276 million SEK in new equity, according to a press release.
