German real estate investment company Patrizia Immobilien acquires a waterfront residential property in the Tegelholmen district in Copenhagen. The 6,672 sq.m. 71 apartment property is acquired on behalf of Patrizia’s fund Wohn-Invest Europa I.

Copenhagen’s strong projected population growth combined with the property’s attractive location means that this investment will deliver a stable income to our clients over the coming years”, Louise Hertz, country manager for Patrizia in Denmark, comments in a press release from the company.
Upon closing of the transaction, Patrizia has EUR 1.3 billion AUM in Denmark.
