Norwegian Property invests 222 million NOK in Oslo property

Norwegian Property has acquired the property known as Vinslottet in the Oslo area of Hasle. The property was sold by Profier AS and Hasle Utvikling through an equity deal worth 222. million NOK


Norwegian Property has acquired the property known as Vinslottet in the Oslo area of Hasle. The property was sold by Profier AS and Hasle Utvikling through an equity deal worth 222 million NOK and the purchasing price is based on a projected value of 308,5 million NOK for the commercial areas and a projected value of 223 apartments of roughly 1,23 billion NOK.

The building is undergoing redevelopment and upon completion it will entail commercial areas of 8,810 sq.m. and as mentioned above 223 flats, most of which have already been sold.

The deal is expected to be closed on December 21st, according to a press release from Norwegian Property.
