Christian Fladeland has decided to leave his position at Colliers Denmark to join Heimstaden as Chief Investment Officer. He has been with Colliers, previously Sadolin Albæk, for the past 12 years and was the youngest among the company’s 13 partners in Denmark.
In a press release, Patrik Hall, CEO of Heimstaden, says Fladeland is like a combination of football icons Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Lionel Messi.
“We couldn’t have hired a better leader for our investment operations than Christian. He shares our vision to simplify and improve the everyday life of our tenants and he knows that at Heimstaden we invest with both heart and brain,” Hall says.
Peter Winther, CEO of Heimstaden, comments:
”We are always sad to lose talented team members. Having said that, we must of course respect Christian’s decision to accept a top position with one of the biggest property companies in northern Europe, and one of our good clients, in fact. When he first joined us, he was still a student. I am truly delighted that at the age of 32, because of his outstanding talent, but also the opportunities that we have given him, he has become eligible for such a position”.
