Heba has acquired a housing development project in Silverdal in the Stockholm suburb of Sollentuna, from Skanska Hyresbostäder. The total investment amounts to 179 million SEK, whereof 173 millions are included in the deal with Skanska.
The housing project consists of a total of for residential buildings, 52 apartments, and has a total LFA of 4,690 sq.m. In addition, the deal includes 26 parking spots.
“Sollentuna is a growing municipality and Heba is delighted to grow with it. By this deal, we expand our presence in Sollentuna, where we already have an elderly care property,” Patrik Emanuelsson, CEO of Heba comments in a press release.
The project is expected to start in early 2019 and finished at the end of 2020, when the deal will close.
