The shopping center entails cirka 40,000 sq.m. of LFA, with anchor tenants such as supermarket ICA Maxi and H&M.

Catalyst‘s local partner in the Nordics is Ncap and to Fastighetsnytt, Björn Hallin partner at Ncap says that the fund that bought Center Syd is a core plus fund. He says Catalyst are on scouting the Nordic market for both retail and office properties.

Cushman & Wakefield and Mannheimer Swartling Law Firm advised Barings in the transaction and EY Laws and WSP advised Catalyst Capital.
